Walk Your Path is a semi-self-directed walking retreat. On and offline.

Join us for:


An hour of peace, online: including meditation, gentle stretching and guidance for mindful walking.


Time to walk on your own, offline.


Regathering online for personal reflection, as well as listening and responding to others.


How will it work?


We’ll gather together online to prepare to walk. There’ll be a chance to meet others, experience a meditation, set an intention, and do a little stretching. Then we’ll turn off our devices and walk out into our local surroundings (safely of course).


We’ll come back together online for personal reflection, guided discussion and closing comments. All done in time for lunch.


If you have mobility challenges or don't wish to go outside, we'll offer some virtual walking options.


Two separate start times allow participants to choose either an hour or two hours of walking. Those wanting to walk for two hours will sign on at 7:30 am. Those wanting an hour can start at 8:30 am.


Why a Walking Retreat?

Walking offers a way to settle the mind, be aware of our bodies and experience the spaces we inhabit in a fresh way. Our minds work differently when we are in motion; the rhythmic quality of walking is clarifying and soothing. It is a good for our hearts and offers us something we can do safely within current health guidelines.
